Overview

The Carib House is a colonial style villa that is both airy and luxurious and able to accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has a total of 5 generous sized bedrooms, each with screened window sand ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a private balcony, king size bed, en suite bathroom and dressing room, bedside tables and a set of drawers. One of the bedroom is set in it’s own area called the Cottage and has stunning sea views, four poster king size bed, table fan, en suite bathroom and wrap around veranda. Another of the bedroom also has it’s own area called the Garden Apartment with views over Falmouth Harbour, queen size bed, en suite shower room, it’s own kitchen and outdoor dining/siting area. The forth bedroom is can be set up as either a king size bed or twin beds and has a ceiling fan and shares the family bathroom. While the fifth bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables and also shares the family bathroom.

There is also an open plan kitchen, utility room, large sitting room, open plan dinning area, games room and of course a terrace a pool for you to enjoy. All of these have great views and give you plenty of space for a wedding reception of 20-30 people if required.

Facilities

The kitchen comes with a 4 ring burner, stainless steel range, dishwasher and storage bins for fruit and veg. The Utility room just off from the kitchen has 2 full size fridge/freezers and a washing machine. The game room has a full size American pool table that can also be used for table tennis, Satellite TV, VCR and a video library. There is also a CD player and radio with a substantial collection of CD’s. The poolside has sun lounges, umbrellas and cushions to make your sunbathing comfortable.

Location

The Carib House is located on the South side of the island near to Falmouth Harbour. It is only 25 minutes from the capital St Johns and 30 minutes from the airport.
