Overview

Arca Villa is a spacious, luxury villa situated on the hillside overlooking Falmouth Harbour. As well as it’s quiet location and great views across Falmouth Harbour you benefit from the cooling breeze of the trade-winds. This villa can accommodate up to 12 people in it’s 5 bedrooms (each with it’s own private bathroom and ceiling fan) and studio apartment. There is a patio and terrace, as well as a fabulous swimming pool and an area for barbecues. The studio is in the lower level with it’s own private entrance, and has a double bed, bathroom and kitchen. There is also a large living room and kitchen, which are a few steps down from the patio and 5 bedrooms.

Facilities

The kitchen comes fully equipped for your convenience, but should you want to dine out then there are plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute drive (It is also possible for the Italian owner to cook delicious meals for you). Supermarkets, tennis courts, marinas, horse riding and beaches are also just a short 5 minutes drive away, which make this an ideal location for your tropical holiday. Near by is also the historical Nelson’s Dockyard with old ruins, museum, restaurants and shops.

Location

The Arca Villa is located on the South side of the island overlooking Falmouth Harbour. It is only 25 minutes from the capital St Johns and 30 minutes from the airport.
