Overview
The Hawksbill Beach Resort faces a hawksbill-shaped picturesque rocky islet that gives the
resort its name. It has four white sand beaches, and it built in 37 acres of landscaped gardens, with a variety of
accommodations including beachfront cottages and suites with balconies overlooking the sea. The colonial-style Great
House is available for guests who would like to experience the panoramic views of the sea and shoreline.
There is a Continental-style restaurant, a full range of activities and watersports, nightly entertainment,
and an on-site boutique located inside an old colonial sugar mill. Its laid back and casual feel makes this resort popular
with younger couples and is perfect as an island escape.
Accommodation
Hawksbill offers a choice of five different guest accommodations, all decorated in a Caribbean
style.
The Superior Garden view and Superior Cottages rooms are set among the resort’s landscaped grounds, and have
private patios or balconies overlooking the sea.
Beachfront accommodations include deluxe club cottages next to the water on beaches 1 and 2, with deluxe club
cottages with air-conditioning on the headland between beaches 2 and 3.
All 111 units at the 37-acre property are just a few steps from the beach. The rooms are cooled by trade winds,
ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Each have king size beds, a refrigerator, telephone and tea/coffee-making appliances. |
